Vessel Details
This spacious performance cruising yacht, a
Tom Fexas hull design, build in Brazil, is
set up as a three stateroom three head
layout. Below a large V berth cabin with
full head (also serves as a day head) is
forward followed by a twin berth cabin on
the port side with private head and shower.
The master suite is aft and is located
forward of the rear engine room and features
a full king berth on centerline, full head
and shower to starboard, and a full bank of
closets and dressers on the port side. A
large dressing table and vanity is on the
forward bulhhead of the cabin. Wood
cabinetry is finished in stained ash
paneling. This Flush deck style layout
features the aft deck, salon, galley &
lower helm station all on same level. Access
to flybridge from aft deck, entrance to
engine room from cockpit.

Main Salon
The main salon is fitted with an L shaped
leather sofa along the port side with
excellent storage below. A TV cabinet with
two swivel chairs is located on the
starboard side. A large custom made cocktail
table completes the area. The window
treatments are horizontal pleated shades and
compliments the light wood interior.

Galley
Located between the salon & lower helm
station which is open and offers a full 360
dregree UNOBSTRUCTED visability fore and
aft.
All of the appliances are high end and the
face plates have matching wood grain finish.
There are two Sub Zero refrigerators and one
Sub Zero freezer unit. The Scottsman
icemaker is under the starboard buffet unit
and there is a small refrigerator serving
the helm area.
Included is a microwave and Duomo coffemaker
that does regular, espresso and steams milk
for cappucino.
All of the equipment is mounted at counter
level and below allowing the area to serve
as an entertaining area when not in use for
cooking.

Master Stateroom

Aft Deck
This area is finished in white non-skid and
has a table for four with full size
adjustable chairs. The side decks are closed
off with acrylic wing doors and the aft
section is finished with open rails that
allow for viewing from the main salon.

Deck Details
Fore deck: The anchor windlass is an Ideal
BHW with wildcat which is securely installed
forward on the centerline with deck hatches
to port and starboard for access to the
chain locker and storage lockers.
There are sun lounge cushions mounted on top
of the lockers and a built in bench seat in
the forward area of the superstructure. The
side decks are also accessed from the lower
helm area through the port or starboard
sliding doors.

Flybridge
Is accessed from the aft deck. The helm area
is on the centerline with helm chair at
console, engine controls, gauges and
electronics. The open area is covered by a
white top which has been fastened to the
aluminum radar arch. There is a large sun
lounge area to port with a Marquipt 1500 LBS
dinghy davit, 8 man SWITLIK life raft and
15' Alliance hard bottom inflatable dinghy
powered by a 50hp Evinrude all aft. Cushions
& covers for all furniture.

Vessel elctrical service is 2 x 50 amp
providing 220 and 110 alternating current.
Main AC distribution panel is located
starboard side aft in the main salon. DC
switchboard panel located port aft in salon,
lower helm & engine room. Branch
circuits are protected by single and double
pole breakers. Two AC amp meters monitor the
voltage and amperage of both 50 amp legs. 12
Volt lighting pulls from UTA transformer, 12
volt current and 24 volt direct current for
the main engine starting.
Generator power protected by double pole
circuit breakers with lock out to prevent
accidential energizing. Gen set functions
monitored at the panel with oil pressure,
water temp and amp guages for both units.

Broker's Remarks
The orginal owner had previously owned a 53'
Southern Cross motoryacht for over six years
and had a long list of suggestions for a
larger improved version and in effect
brought the orginal design & builder
back together (Tom Fexas as designer, Phil
McIntosh who was responsible for highly
successful Southern Cross series from
Australia as builder). The final result of
this project is this spacious three
stateroom three head layout in a fast
efficient hull.
